plaques. Hope to be ready by September meeting.
April from Sweet Cases talked about next years show. Sunday June 9, 2019 and is tentatively set to be at Millard South. Looking into a new site. Going to have judging next year with the option of having your car judged or not. If you don’t have it judged you will pay a lower fee and not be eligible for trophy’s. Rick Lambert asked April if she would like old donated trophies to be used for next years event and she said she would love to have them. Bring to next meeting if you want to donate any of your trophies. Steve Kohler made a motion to donate $500.00 toward next years show. 2nd by Jay Johnson. Voted on and passed. A check for $500.00 will be picked up by April at the September 16, 2018 meeting. April asked for volunteers to help her. She will attend our next meeting. Sponsors meeting October 7, 2018 @ Addy’s bar in Millard. April looking for 10 sponsors to be paid by December 31, 2018 or she may have to cancel the future show. Anyone know of a sponsor that would help contact April or talk to her at the next meeting. Greg talked about the upcoming Wichita Regional show. People going to Wichita are Jay & Linda Johnson, Greg Hansen, Nick Tomcykowski, Steve Fitch & Teri Kendall, Chris & Linda Holtberg, Jason Shulenberger and Jan & Rick Lambert. The cruise committee will setup a cruise and get back to all going. Greg also talked about upcoming shows, WOW and AutoRama. Let Greg know if you want to enter Auto Rama. Greg asked for nominations for 2019 Officers of the club. Per our Bylaws we nominate at the August/September meetings and vote at the October meeting unless each office running un-opposed.
