The date for the cruise is 8-16-2014 and they will cruise to Gretna, Louisville, Shadowlake and end up at the Storz Trophy Room restaurant down on the landing in downtown. There will be a mini car show and gathering at the restaurant. There will be activities at each location on the cruise. More to come.

Wow is coming up and we need to firm up who is going to put their cars in. We have 8 people currently, Steve Koehler, Greg Hansen, Dave Mohr, Dave Hubert, Nick Tomcykowski, Kin Cheung, Tim Mills and Patrick Tubrick. If any changes need to be made you need to contact Greg as all information needs to be into wow 30 days prior to show.
The decision was made that all meetings this year would be on Sundays so more members can attend.
Greg talked about the club website and the problems we have had with Team Chevelle. Thanks to Jay and Mike, our site is now being hosted free of charge by Webs by Dale and the site is www.heartlandchevelles.net.
Patrick Tubrick inquired about if and when we were going to have a meeting at his dad's golf shop again and possibly a car show also. Greg told Patrick to look at open dates to discuss at future meeting.
Vicki looked into the cost of catering future parties and reported that Eddie's catering will charge $8.50 per person for up to 30 people and possibly $7.50 for 50 people. They only need 1 month notice for catering. No decision was made.
Greg said we need to have our march meeting 1 week before wow and suggested Quaker Steak & Lube. Need to confirm a date.
Meeting was adjourned.
